MovPilot provides a 30-day Money Back Guarantee based on accepted circumstances so that we can offer our best services and products. As MovPilot offers a 'try-before-you-buy' system, refunds will be approved within this guarantee only under the accepted circumstances below. If a purchase exceeds the product's specified money-back guarantee period, or it is out of the accepted circumstances, no refund will be given.

2. Circumstances of No Refund

As MovPilot offers the free trial version to try before purchasing, MovPilot generally does not refund or exchange products in the following situations:

Non-technical Circumstances:

  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing and thus resulting in dissatisfaction with the product's function. It is highly recommended that every customer read the product description and try the free trial version before purchasing. Note: MovPilot does not refund software if products fail to meet customers' needs due to a lack of understanding by the customer, of the product's functions and capabilities. However, MovPilot would exchange the purchased product for the correct product outright with a price difference within the guarantee period. If the purchased product is exchanged for a correct product at a lower price, MovPilot will not refund the price difference.
  • A refund for the failure to receive the registration code after the order has been successful. Generally, the registration code will be automatically sent within 1 hour. But sometimes it may be delayed by email spam settings, internet issues, etc. In this case, please、 contact MovPilot Support Team. We will retrieve the registration code for customers ASAP within 24 hours.
  • Purchase of a wrong product, which has already been followed by the purchase of the correct product from another company.
  • A customer refund request on complaint of credit card fraud or other unauthorized payment. As MovPilot cooperates with an independent payment platform, it's impossible to monitor authorization during payment. In this case, MovPilot recommends customers contact the card issuers if there is a fraud. And the refund cannot be accepted. However, MovPilot will exchange the purchased product for one the customer would like.
  • MovPilot Product price differences between different regions or price differences between MovPilot and other companies.
  • As the purchase is finished, it cannot be refunded by the reason of incompatible with the operating system. MovPilot highly recommends customers try the software before purchasing.
  • A refund request due to price change or purchase from promotion campaigns.
  • A customer has a 'change of mind' after purchase.

Technical Circumstances:

  • When meeting some technical trouble, customers are supposed to cooperate with the MovPilot Support Team and provide detailed information, screenshots, and files. A refund request won't be allowed if customers refuse to cooperate or refuse to try the solutions provided by MovPilot.
  • A refund request for technical problems after the software has been updated if the order exceeds 30 days.

3. Circumstances of Eligible Refund

MovPilot offers a refund or exchange of the product for the following circumstances below.

Non-technical Circumstances:

  • Purchase of the same product (both from MovPilot) twice at the same time. With the confirmation of the MovPilot Support Team, MovPilot will refund one of the products to the customer, or exchange one program for another MovPilot product.
  • Purchase of two products (both from MovPilot) with the same functions. In this case, MovPilot will refund one of the products or exchange one program for another MovPilot product if required.
  • The customer does not receive their registration code within 24 hours of purchase, has failed to retrieve the registration code from the MovPilot Support Center, and has not received a timely response (within 24 hours) from the MovPilot Support Team after making contact. In this case, MovPilot will refund the customer's order if they have no need for the product in the future.
  • Purchase of a 'wrong product', and then a purchase of the correct product from our company. In this case, MovPilot will refund the price of the wrong product for you if you have no need for it.

Technical Problems:

  • Within 30 days, no solution has been provided to deal with the technical problems of the software. In this case, MovPilot will refund the purchase if the customer requests.

Once a refund is issued, the corresponding license will be deactivated. Thus, please:

  • Download Version: Uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.
  • Disc Version: Destroy the disc, then uninstall the software from your computer.
